Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in frontend development with a focus on performance, accessibility, and user experience. Experience working with marketing and growth-oriented web projects is essential, along with proficiency in modern JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks such as React or similar. Familiarity with headless CMS platforms like Sanity, structured content models, and localization processes is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to optimizing web performance and accessibility, with a track record of implementing best practices. Excellent collaboration skills are necessary to effectively work with non-engineering teams, translating their goals into technical solutions. A genuine interest in continuous learning and improvement is also valued. Responsibilities Own frontend development across product and marketing surfaces, ensuring a cohesive and polished user experience. This includes building features within the web application and collaborating on website updates to maintain consistent branding and high-quality design standards. Develop and enhance content infrastructure by designing and implementing CMS schemas, editing workflows, and preview/staging environments. Empower content and marketing teams with self-serve tools that reduce dependency on engineering for routine updates. Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to implement analytics, enable experimentation, and translate business objectives into measurable, shipped features. Use data-driven insights to continually optimize user engagement and conversion rates. Support localization and internationalization efforts by developing multilingual content workflows, translation management systems, and infrastructure that deliver high-quality experiences for global audiences. Prioritize performance as a core feature by managing Core Web Vitals, optimizing media assets, diagnosing subtle performance issues, and ensuring fast load times and smooth interactions. Champion accessibility standards by implementing semantic markup, keyboard navigation, screen-reader support, and WCAG-compliant component design, making our digital platforms usable for all visitors.
