Overlanders Manufacturing is seeking a full-time MIG Welder to join our production team. Job Description: This position involves high-volume, repetitive MIG welding on a production line. Welders complete the same welding processes on metal components throughout the shift while maintaining quality and production targets. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, consistency, self-motivation, and the ability to perform repetitive work accurately in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for operating welding equipment, following work instructions and drawings, inspecting your work for quality, and contributing to a safe and efficient production process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys routine, structured work and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality results. Responsibilities: * Perform MIG welding on metal parts and assemblies according to work orders, blueprints, or specifications. * Set up and operate welding equipment, including MIG welders and related tools. * Inspect welds for quality and ensure they meet industry standards and customer specifications. * Monitor the welding process to ensure proper heat and pressure settings. * Troubleshoot and resolve any welding-related issues that arise during the production process. * Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently * Follow assembly instructions and diagrams accurately * Inspect finished products for quality assurance * Identify and report any issues or defects in materials or equipment * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times * Meet production quotas and deadlines * Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity Employment Details: * Starting Wage: Dependent on skills and experience * Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm * Benefits after probationary period *Qualifications: * * Proven experience as a MIG Welder, with at least 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment. * Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings. * Strong knowledge of welding techniques, metal properties, and safety protocols. * Certification in MIG welding (preferred but not required). * Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repetitively * Ability to follow English written and spoken directions Why Join Our Team?
