Overview Procon Supplies is seeking an experienced Welder with a valid *Welding Ticket *to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various welding techniques and equipment and a strong commitment to safety and precision for a weekday-only schedule (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM ? 4:00 PM). Responsibilities * operate welding equipment and tools, including callipers, rulers, and power saws, to assemble metal parts or structures. * Select appropriate metals and materials based on design specifications. * Follow all safety and health procedures to ensure a hazard-free work environment. * Choose the best welding equipment and techniques for specific metals. * Identify and resolve potential issues or hazards during welding operations. * Operate angle grinders and other tools for finishing and preparation. * Accurately mark up construction drawings with proper specifications. Requirements: * Valid Welding Ticket (mandatory). * Proven experience as a Welder, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or related industries. * Ability to interpret technical documents, blueprints, and construction drawings. * Skilled in using welding equipment and tools with precision. * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. * Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in welding operations. * Physical stamina to handle the demands of welding tasks.
