1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Datronis, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms — continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
2. Accounts & Access
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. You must be at least 16 years old. One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts.
3. Billing & Subscriptions
Free accounts have no time limit. Paid plans (PRO, Business) are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Datronis to send spam, scrape data for commercial resale, impersonate others, distribute malware, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create (resumes, boards, diagrams). We do not claim intellectual property rights over your data. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms after providing notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to Service
We continuously improve Datronis. Features may be added, modified, or removed. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid subscribers. Free features may change without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
Datronis is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
