Questions
Do I need Shopify?
No. You can start from any spreadsheet or add products by hand, then record sales on your phone. Shopify is optional and read-only.
How does it decide how much to order?
It takes how fast each product sells — weighting the last week more than the last month — and covers your supplier's lead time plus a safety buffer, then orders enough for the period you choose, rounded up to whole cases, minus anything already on its way.
Will it change anything in my Shopify store?
No. Datronis only requests read permissions. Stock levels for a connected store always come from Shopify.
Can I try it without my own data?
