Eligibility

The student must identify as Black (Afro-Caribbean, African Canadian, and/or racialized). The student must be enrolling or enrolled at a Canadian University/College or Trades School. The student must be in their final year of High School or currently enrolled in university. The student must demonstrate financial need. The student must be enrolled in a qualified field for commercial real estate ( see bursary details ).
