DevSecOps Engineer (Journey Level)

Location: Washington State (Hybrid) Employment Type: Contract (Full-Time) About the Role We are seeking DevSecOps Engineers to support cloud platform automation in a hybrid and multi-cloud enterprise environment. This role focuses on infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, and secure automation that enables scalable cloud adoption. Key Responsibilities Administer GitHub Enterprise Cloud and Azure DevOps platforms and integrations Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) across AWS, Azure, and on-prem Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines with embedded security controls Automate environment provisioning, configuration, and monitoring Support migration and modernization automation initiatives Implement operational guardrails, compliance checks, and policies as code Collaborate with platform engineers and agency delivery teams Required Qualifications 4+ years of DevOps or platform engineering experience Hands-on experience with IaC tools and declarative languages (e.g., Terraform, Bicep, ARM, CloudFormation) Experience with CI/CD tools and automation pipelines (Git, GitHub Actions and Workflows and Azure DevOps pipelines) Familiarity with cloud security and compliance best practices Strong scripting skills (Azure CLI, AWS CLI, SDK, PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar) Linux and Windows Operating Systems Washington State residency required Preferred Qualifications Experience in hybrid or multi-tenant cloud environments Exposure to monitoring, logging, and observability tooling Public sector or regulated environment experience (FedRAMP, HIPAA, IRS 1075, CJIS)
