Markage is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our fully remote Canadian team. This is a mid-level, multi-client design role for someone who enjoys variety and can move confidently between different brands, industries, formats, and creative requirements. Unlike a traditional in-house role focused on one brand, this position supports multiple Markage clients. During a typical month, you may contribute to projects involving social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, advertising, print, packaging, and brand development. You will receive clear assignments through our production process, work independently on the design, and collaborate with marketing, web, content, product, and studio team members as needed. AI tools are part of our regular workflow. Designers are expected to understand when these tools can support research, concept development, variations, and production while applying professional judgment to every final design. Key Responsibilities * Design visual materials for multiple clients, brands, and industries * Create social media graphics, presentations, advertisements, marketing materials, email graphics, web assets, packaging concepts, and brand elements * Interpret creative briefs and convert business requirements into clear visual work * Apply client brand guidelines accurately and consistently * Prepare and optimize files for web, social media, email, presentations, digital advertising, and print * Support landing pages, website layouts, product concepts, and prototypes when required * Use AI-supported design tools responsibly for research, concepts, variations, resizing, and production * Review all design work for accuracy, originality, visual quality, and brand consistency * Respond professionally to feedback and complete revisions within the agreed project scope * Manage several active assignments and meet deadlines in a remote production environment * Maintain organized working files, templates, final files, and shared asset libraries Required Qualifications * Current and valid Dex Professional Specialist Certification in the Arts, Media & Creative Production domain, or a higher professional-level Dex certification in the same domain * Strong portfolio showing professional design work across digital and print formats * Two to five years of professional graphic design experience * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign * Strong knowledge of typography, layout, colour theory, composition, hierarchy, and brand consistency * Experience preparing files for digital delivery and professional print production * Ability to work across multiple client accounts, brands, and project types * Strong file-management, time-management, and quality-control skills * Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently * Clear written and spoken English * Reliable internet access and a suitable remote workspace * Applicants must already be legally entitled to work in Canada for the duration of their employment * This position is fully remote and available only to candidates working within Canada Preferred Qualifications * Adobe Certified Professional certification * Experience with Figma, Canva, or other professional design platforms * Experience working in a studio, production team, agency, or multi-client environment * Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or simple animation * Familiarity with website layouts, landing pages, UI design, or UX principles * Experience with packaging, merchandise, or commercial print production What We Offer * Annual salary of CA$60,000 to CA$78,000 per year * Full-time, fully remote employment within Canada * Work across different clients, industries, platforms, and formats * Clear assignments, review stages, and client approval processes * Collaboration with design, marketing, content, web, product, and studio teams * Access to current design, production, collaboration, and AI-assisted tools * Oppor
