Python Developer

Job Title: Senior Python Developer (9+ Years) Employment: Full-Time/ W2 Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Developer with 9+ years of proven expertise in designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications and data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Python frameworks, RESTful APIs, data engineering, cloud platforms, and automation , along with a deep understanding of software design principles and performance optimization. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems and RESTful APIs using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI . Architect and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable applications following best coding practices and design patterns (MVC, microservices, OOP). Build and integrate data processing pipelines using Pandas, NumPy, PySpark , and related tools for analytical workloads. Develop and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures using PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP services (Lambda, EC2, S3, Azure Functions, GCS, etc.). Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate build, test, and deployment processes using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps . Write unit, integration, and performance tests using PyTest, Unittest, or Nose to ensure code reliability and maintainability. Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration of applications in production environments. Apply DevOps best practices , monitoring, and logging using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or CloudWatch . Work on API integrations, asynchronous tasks, and message queues using Celery, Kafka, or RabbitMQ . Contribute to data engineering and ETL development for ingestion, transformation, and loading of large-scale datasets. Leverage Version Control Systems (Git) for collaborative development and enforce code reviews and branching strategies. Apply security and authentication best practices , including OAuth, JWT, and data encryption. Mentor junior developers, review code, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
