  2. About the Opportunity: The Scrum Master role is responsible for coordinating an Agile development team and overseeing the software development lifecycle. This position ensures effective scrum processes are followed, facilitates key scrum ceremonies, and acts as a liaison between development teams and product management. The role is vital in removing impediments and enabling the team to meet project goals and milestones.
  3. Responsibilities: • Plan and facilitate scrum activities such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, board reviews, and retrospectives • Ensure work is properly broken down into stories, substories, tasks, and spikes • Assist in building the schedule for deliverables in collaboration with the PMO • Manage resource capacity and balance workloads to meet project needs • Collaborate with clients or end users to understand business requirements • Act as liaison between development teams and product management to maintain project processes • Identify and remove impediments that could delay development or affect milestone achievement • Maintain backlog and scrum processes with team members • Escalate risks beyond the development group when necessary

Requirements: • Minimum of 7 years related experience in engineering • Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field • Hands-on Scrum Master experience with cross-functional Agile teams in mechanical, electrical, electronics, embedded systems, mechatronics, software development, validation, testing, or functional safety (ISO 26262 or equivalent) • Proficiency with scrum tools such as JIRA • Preferred Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  5. Pay Range and Compensation Package: • Base compensation range: $65,200 - $169,000 per year • Additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions may be available depending on the position and applicable laws
  6.
