The Clinical Dietitian will also be responsible for education of our long-term care staff. The Clinical Dietitian initiates a cost-effective medical nutrition therapy care process comprised of resident assessment, the development of resident-centered, goal-focused care plan, implementation and evaluation of the plan, and ongoing monitoring nutrition care plans. The Dietitian will also be responsible for assisting with menu planning, developing a quality assurance program and ensuring Occupational Health and Safety standards are met.
