Full Stack Engineer

Job Description We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, and REST API development to build scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have experience developing backend services, modern frontend applications, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native solutions in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications using Node.js . Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js . Develop, enhance, and maintain RESTful APIs with production-grade performance and reliability. Design and implement microservices and contribute to overall system architecture. Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployments. Design, optimize, and maintain SQL and NoSQL databases , including schema design, indexing, and performance tuning. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following software engineering best practices. Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and production support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement performance improvements. Utilize Python for scripting, integrations, or backend service development where applicable. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 6–8 years of experience in Full Stack or Backend development. Strong expertise in: Node.js, Express.js (or similar backend frameworks), React.js RESTful API design and development Solid understanding of: SQL and NoSQL databases Database design, indexing, and performance optimization Microservices architecture and distributed systems CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps , GitHub Actions , or similar Experience with Docker and Kubernetes . Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . Working knowledge of Python and frameworks like FastAPI is a plus. Strong understanding of software design patterns, coding standards, and best practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
