MLOps Engineer | Remote

Work Snapshot Type: Contingent Role Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week Commission: $70-$110 per hour What You'll Be Doing Guide research and engineering teams to improve AI model performance in MLOps and ML framework-level topics. Design challenging tasks and write accurate solutions for MLOps and ML systems problems. Evaluate MLOps tasks and solutions, providing clear technical feedback. Develop guidelines and rubrics to assess training pipeline design and kernel-level optimization. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data. What We Re Looking For Have strong relevant experience in ML infrastructure, MLOps, or ML systems engineering. Hands-on production experience with JAX and/or PyTorch at scale is required. Experience writing or optimizing custom GPU kernels using Pallas (JAX) or Triton is necessary. Demonstrable career progression is expected.
