About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our dynamic team at Sophilabs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in software development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#. Experience with web development frameworks and technologies including React, Angular, or Vue.js. Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to adapt to new technologies and continuously improve technical skills. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned with project requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and project timelines. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and team productivity. Assist in mentoring junior developers and sharing knowledge across the team.
