Software Engineer

Title: Software Engineer Industry: Autonomous Vehicle/Tech Location: Foster City, CA Duration: ~6 Months Responsibilities Build and maintain tooling and develop automated scripts for efficient execution of the Integration and Acceptance testing phase. Investigation of issues arising due to recent code changes before IAT daily sign-offs. Monitor and analyze test results from offline (HIL and other CI test runs) and on-vehicle logs, and develop automated reporting. Develop tooling to support vehicle log analysis and test data to trace failures for root cause analysis, documentation, and communication. Triage and identify software regressions and possible improvements for development teams. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field AND a minimum of 5 years in complex testing environments. Experience with developing automated scripts for software functional testing. Knowledge of software testing methodologies and experience in developing, executing, and automated test scripts. Expert Python programming experience with a focus on system-level tests and test framework development. Proficiency with Github, CI, and Jira.
