System Administrator

Summary TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with a growing wealth management organization seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to manage and secure its Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. This role will play a critical part in supporting the onboarding and integration of newly acquired firms, including user migrations, tenant consolidation efforts, and data transfers utilizing tools such as BitTitan and ShareGate. The ideal candidate will possess deep Microsoft cloud expertise, a strong security background, and the professionalism required to support a highly service-oriented financial environment. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic growth initiatives while maintaining secure and scalable infrastructure across the organization. Responsibilities Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments Manage Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and Microsoft security platforms Lead vulnerability management, patching, and security configuration activities Support onboarding and IT integration efforts for acquired firms Perform tenant migrations and data transfers utilizing tools such as BitTitan and ShareGate Maintain a high level of responsiveness and customer service in a fully online wealth management environment Collaborate with managed service partners and internal stakeholders to ensure reliable operations Assist with identity, endpoint, messaging, and access management initiatives Support continuous improvement of security posture and infrastructure standards Document procedures, configurations, and operational processes Requirements 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 and Azure administration experience Strong expertise with: Microsoft Entra ID Microsoft Intune Exchange Online Microsoft Defender Suite Experience managing security configurations, vulnerability remediation, and patch management Experience supporting cloud-based environments and enterprise Microsoft platforms Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills Ability to work effectively with internal teams and third-party service providers TRC Talent Solutions is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
