Job Description: Supports the development of enterprise reporting, analytics, and data visualization solutions that enable business and clinical decision-making. Collaborates with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into actionable dashboards and insights while maintaining data security, governance, and user access. Provides end-user training and support, contributes to analytics and reporting initiatives, and assists with small- to medium-sized projects. Leverages analytical problem-solving skills to deliver reliable, data-driven solutions that improve operational and organizational performance. Skill Set Requirements: Seeking professionals with 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. At least 1 year of real world experience with Databricks is required Experience with strong SQL skills, modern data platforms and AI technologies, including AI Foundry and Copilot Studio are nice to have Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, Azure DevOps, and healthcare or clinical settings is preferred
