This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven Adult Behavioral Health team by leveraging data to influence decision-making, improve outcomes, and strengthen service delivery. The role is ideal for someone who is both analytically minded and collaborative, with a passion for turning information into insights that support quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across a complex care environment. Role Overview & Impact Remote, hybrid position with occasional travel supporting the Adult Behavioral Health (ABH) division Acts as a change agent to drive quality transformation and advance data-driven decision-making Plays a key role in shaping and communicating the division’s story through data Drives performance improvement and supports continuous quality advancement across the organization Data, Analytics & Collaboration Builds, maintains, and promotes analytic tools including reports, dashboards, and risk models Translates complex data into meaningful insights to improve consumer outcomes and service effectiveness Utilizes Excel, Power BI, and EHR systems to support analysis and reporting Leads outcome development efforts and identifies trends to guide decision-making Partners closely with Quality and Compliance Organization (QCO), IT, and ABH System of Care (SOC) teams Supports operational leaders in demonstrating service quality through data-backed evidence Communication, Execution & Operations Develops and delivers reports, white papers, presentations, and outcome summaries Communicates insights clearly to staff, leadership, and stakeholders Uses data storytelling to highlight outcomes and organizational impact Manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meets deadlines Applies strong organization and time management skills Supports a customer-focused approach to enhance the consumer experience Maintains knowledge of regulatory requirements, internal policies, and service offerings Earn $24.04 per hour in the full time , 40 hour per week role.
