Scrum Master

This is a hybrid role that involves working onsite in Malvern, PA, 3 days per week. Responsibilities Core responsibilities include: Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, backlog refinement Jira ownership: Build and maintain boards, workflows, reporting dashboards and ensure consistent use across teams Drive backlog management: ensure stories are defined, prioritized groomed Enable delivery: escalate blockers, track dependencies across workstreams Reporting: sprint metrics, velocity, burndown, risks/issues Stakeholder coordination: work with program manager, program lead, workstream leads, core program team, core stakeholders Qualifications Must-haves: 8+ years of relevant experience Hands-on Scrum Master experience Deep Jira expertise: board configuration (assist with strategy to develop/operationalize), workflow setup, reporting (dashboards, filters, metrics) Confluence expertise Experience scaling Agile across multiple teams/workstreams Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills Preferred but not required: Experience with risk/compliance/cybersecurity/GRC Familiarity with hybrid (agile + traditional PM) environments Experience supporting program-level reporting Company Benefits (Can include) Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), 20 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) Additionally Entech is an equal-opportunity employer.
