Software Engineer

Piper Companies is hiring a Software Engineer for an award-winning company located in the Raleigh-Durham Area. The Software Engineer will support with varies task, concept knowledge, and production maintenance. The Software Engineer role is a hybrid position. Responsibilities of the Software Engineer: Build and maintain backend endpoints and front-end application screens. Analyze system slowdowns and improve overall software efficiency. Investigate issues in the codebase and implement effective fixes. Add unit tests and contribute to broader test automation coverage. Write and maintain documentation for both internal teams and external users. Requirements of the Software Engineer: 2-5 years of full stack engineer experience is needed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Proficient in JavaScript, React/ReactJS, Node, Typescript, and AWS Experience in relational database and error troubleshooting.
