该职位来源于猎聘 Job Description Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Responsible for developing custom tools / applications using Excel/VBA, Tableau, SQL Responsible for developing data analyses and reports / dashboards per client requirements Perform data processing and advanced statistical analyses/modeling using R / Python Must have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail along with good communication skills and problem-solving ability Develop analyses/deliverables meeting quality requirements as per client satisfaction Responsible for developing tools/analyses as per the timelines assigned Executes the best practices in the department regarding - processes, communication (internal & external), project management, documentation and technical requirements Participate in assigned training programs and work on assignments as per requirement Write SQL queries to extract, merge and prepare granular and aggregated datasets for data analytics and business intelligence Experience in other BI/Reporting tools like Tableau / Power BI is a must Requires the ability to organize, manage and work within a global team-oriented, collaborative environment, providing technical consultative support to peers, projects and end users, including the development of technical standards Requirement: Education: BE/BTech/MTech / MCA / BSc. Maths/Computers/Statistics And / Or MBA Experience in Pharmaceutical Commercial Analytics and data sources is a must Understanding of China healthcare ecosystem is a must Strong Analysis, problem solving, and project management skills Ability to derive KPIs from data sets to create reports and dashboards Experience in at Excel / VBA and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik View Experience in handling large data using SQL / Python Knowledge of basic statistics and ability to run predictive / machine learning models in R/Python English and Chinese duel language capability is a must Show more Show less
