Title: Developer Industry: Autonomous Vehicle/Tech Location: Foster City, CA Duration: ~6 Months Responsibilities Champion and evangelize best practices for ServiceNow development and administration. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on ServiceNow, focusing on ITAM, ITOM, and integration capabilities. Collaborate closely with the platform owner and architect to design, develop, refine ServiceNow functionalities, and ensure the platform performs seamlessly and meets business needs. Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, design workflows/processes, and deliver consistent support. Partner with IT Applications Administrators to ensure ServiceNow performs seamlessly and meets business needs. Requirements Extensive ServiceNow development and administration experience, ideally spanning 5+ years, focusing on ITAM, ITOM, integrations, Flow Designer, and Automated Testing Framework. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is a must. Strongly desirable: Certification in Hardware or Software Asset Management. Bonus: HR Service Delivery certification. Demonstrated ability to orchestrate productive meetings, set clear user expectations, and evangelize ServiceNow best practices.
