DevOps Engineer

Job duties: 75%: Azure DevOps server administration, as well as engineering projects. (Azure DevOps Server used to be called TFS – Team Foundation Server) Cloud is good but need on-site server experience Azure DevOps server – own the servers, perform patches… TFS – onboarding, customizations… Globally, other departments who have their own TFS will migrate into ours over time. Therefore, migration experience would be great. Azure devops cloud is nice cause we will eventually migrate into the cloud. 25%: build pipelines run the 5 servers responsible for this (along with 15 TFS servers). Own these servers and processes Note: they have 2 contractors doing these roles now. TFS is the urgent part but should know both sides. Degree is not required. Must have: Manage Azure DevOps environment and CI/CD pipelines. TFS – Team Foundation Server (now called Azure DevOps Server) Nice to have: TFS migration experience Azure DevOps Services (Azure DevOps Cloud) – we will eventually migrate to the cloud.
