The Role Design, develop, and deploy secure and robust authentication and authorization systems. Build administrative tools for managing users, roles, and system configurations. Solve challenging scaling problems to meet a growing user base and ensure optimal experience and uptime. Collaborate with product partners, UX designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions. Drive innovation in the networking and security industry towards simplification, performance, and flexibility. Act as a unifying force, connecting and inspiring team members. What You'll Need Proven experience building rich web UIs with React (and Redux) or similar frameworks. Strong proficiency in web back-end technologies, such as Ruby on Rails. Ability to implement efficient database design in a relational database (e.g., Postgres). Passion for career advancement, with a desire to grow into a strong individual contributor or tech lead role. Experience or willingness to work on proof-of-concept spikes and in an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). Bonus points for hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML).
