Job Description: Optomi, in partnership with a leader within the entertainment providers industry, is looking for a Product Manager. The Product Manager will support the full lifecycle of technology- and data-based products and experiences, from initial ideation through delivery and continuous enhancement. This person will work closely with engineering, UX, marketing, and business teams to translate technical requirements into functional product capabilities. The role requires a combination of product management, cloud data engineering knowledge, troubleshooting ability, Agile delivery experience, and cross-functional communication. The Product Manager will contribute to product strategy, roadmaps, software feature development, system integrations, KPI measurement, bug investigation, and product optimization. Key Responsibilities Assist with the full lifecycle development of technology- and data-based products and experiences, from ideation through delivery. Support teams in defining product strategies and roadmaps and translating technical requirements into functional capabilities. Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, and business partners to maintain cross-functional alignment. Contribute throughout the product lifecycle, including initiation, solution definition, development, launch, hyper-care, and continuous delivery. Support the design, enhancement, and integration of software features and third-party solutions. Participate in developing cross-platform applications that connect multiple systems, including SaaS platforms. Conduct preliminary product and technology research. Assist with post-launch hyper-care and ongoing product support. Help establish, track, and evaluate product KPIs. Investigate bugs and determine their potential product and user impacts. Support the optimization of product frameworks for scalability, performance, and user experience. Contribute to the development of user personas, buyer personas, and value propositions. Analyze product metrics, user insights, and session behavior to support decision-making. Partner with engineering teams to address challenges involving emerging technologies, user-centric design, solution testing, and architecture. Apply knowledge of innovative digital technologies within the product space. Continue developing knowledge across relevant areas, including web, mobile, cloud, AI, and broader product ecosystems. Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends. Job Must-Haves 5+ years of product management or related experience supporting technology- or data-based products. Relevant cloud data engineering experience, including familiarity with data pipelines and system integrations. Experience supporting the full product lifecycle, including requirements, user stories, development, launch, hyper-care, and continuous delivery. Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge with an understanding of UX principles, software development lifecycles, product KPIs, and software workflows. Ability to interpret data, product metrics, and user insights to guide product decisions. Strong troubleshooting skills, including assessing impact, resolving complex issues, and exercising sound judgment under pressure. Experience collaborating with engineering, UX, marketing, and business stakeholders to move initiatives forward. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Job Nice-to-Haves Basic knowledge of public cloud technologies, particularly AWS. Understanding of data-pipeline challenges and potential solutions. Understanding of DevOps and software-testing concepts, including CI/CD and test-driven development. Previous experience with Jira, Smartsheet, or similar tools. Experience supporting SaaS products or integrations between multiple systems. Exposure to web, mobile, cloud, AI, or interconnected product ecosystems. Experience developing user personas, buyer personas, and product value propositions. Experience analyzing session behavior and other user-engagement metrics.
