Job Summary (Senior Core Java Developer with Big Data Tools)

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain applications using Core Java (Java 8), focusing on high performance and scalability. Work extensively with Java multi-threading, Collections API, JDBC, and Java profiling tools. Develop features using Java 8 lambda expressions and streams, including operations like map and group by. Build and maintain backend services using Spring Boot, Spring JPA, and Spring Hibernate, particularly within financial applications handling large data volumes. Implement and manage REST APIs, including proper annotation usage. Handle JPARepository implementations, and optimize data access using eager and lazy loading strategies. Integrate and process large-scale data using Big Data technologies (preferably Apache Hadoop; Apache Spark, Hive, or Flink also acceptable). Ingest, manage, and process real-time, streaming, batch, and API-based data sources. Load and manage large datasets in Hadoop and compute complex logic on Spark platforms.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong Core Java (Java 8) development, including multi-threading, collections, JDBC, and Java profiling. Spring Boot / Spring JPA / Spring Hibernate experience in a finance context, with knowledge of auto-configuration, environment profiles, and REST API annotations. Big Data tools experience, especially with Apache Hadoop (Spark, Hive, or Flink acceptable). Strong understanding of data ingestion, batch and real-time processing, and API-based data integration.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
