Senior React Native Developer

We're partnering with the team behind one of the most widely used fantasy sports and sports betting platforms—serving millions of passionate users & backed by top-tier investors. Their product is mobile-first, socially driven, and scaling fast across new game formats and user communities. As a Senior React Native Developer , you'll take full ownership of feature development across mobile platforms, using a modern stack that includes TypeScript, React Query, React Navigation, and Reanimated. You'll collaborate closely with product and design to bring intuitive, high-performance experiences to life for millions of users. This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days per week in office in San Mateo. What You'll Do Design, build, and ship features across mobile platforms using React Native and TypeScript Collaborate directly with designers and fellow engineers to shape features based on user behavior and product goals Create and maintain a well-structured, reusable component systems to ensure design consistency and efficiency across the app Own app logic, UI interactions, and state management using hooks and modern React patterns Integrate with backend services using APIs (REST or GraphQL) Stay up to date on the latest RN and mobile development best practices Who You Are 5+ years of mobile development experience 4+ years building with React Native in production Experienced in TypeScript, hooks, component architecture, and debugging performance issues Previously worked on a consumer product with millions of users Enjoy fast-paced teams, autonomy, and shaping product decisions alongside design Passionate about sports, fantasy sports, or sports betting Bonus: Started as a native iOS or Android developer before moving into RN
