About The Role We are seeking a Junior Full-Stack Product Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to building the web applications and internal tools that support our K-12 campuses. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the development of features from conception to deployment within a TypeScript-based technology stack, including React, Tailwind, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. Your work will directly impact the daily operations of our campuses, enabling seamless interactions for students, parents, coaches, and staff. This is an early-career position ideal for someone who has experience shipping full-stack applications independently, with a strong emphasis on delivering polished, user-friendly, and reliable products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, design scalable solutions, and ensure the health and performance of our production systems.
