About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer to join our dynamic team, focusing on mobile application development and shaping the technical strategy across our Product Engineering teams. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performing, scalable mobile applications that align with our business objectives and meet customer needs. You will define and drive the technical vision and architecture for our e-commerce mobile products, emphasizing both native and hybrid applications. Your expertise in native development (such as Swift and Kotlin) and hybrid frameworks like Flutter will be instrumental in delivering production-grade applications. As a technical leader, you will provide mentorship to engineers at all levels, fostering a culture of innovation, best practices, and continuous improvement. Collaboration with Product Management and Engineering teams will be essential to deliver customer-centric solutions while leveraging lean development methodologies. You will proactively identify and resolve performance and scalability issues, ensuring a seamless user experience. Additionally, you will contribute to organizational technical strategies, influence industry standards, and stay ahead of emerging trends to introduce innovative solutions that enhance our mobile platform.
