Software Engineer

About the Role Techwave Technologies is seeking a passionate Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You will collaborate with experienced developers, architects, and business stakeholders to design, develop, test, and maintain modern software applications. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following industry best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and implement business requirements. Participate in application design, code reviews, and technical discussions. Develop RESTful APIs and backend services. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues. Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability. Integrate third-party APIs and cloud services. Maintain technical documentation and development standards. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts. Proficiency in Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or a similar programming language. Understanding of data structures and algorithms. Knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Familiarity with Git version control. Basic understanding of REST APIs and web services. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
