About The Role We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to join our innovative team at Coalition Technologies. In this remote position, you will be responsible for creating, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites that meet our clients' specifications. You will work closely with our design and marketing teams to implement SEO and CRO best practices, enhancing website visibility and conversion rates. The ideal candidate will have a passion for web development, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, and AJAX is essential. Experience with ReactJS or AngularJS is highly desirable, as it will enable the developer to integrate advanced functionalities and enhance user experience. A solid understanding of website migration processes, page speed optimization techniques, and SEO and CRO best practices is required.
