About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Content Development Specialist to join our dynamic team at Itlearn360. Familiarity with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms is required. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills are necessary to produce clear and engaging content. Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and multimedia production is also desirable. Candidates should demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities The primary responsibilities of this role include designing and developing engaging online courses and training materials that meet educational standards and client requirements. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and validate content, ensuring accuracy and relevance. The role involves creating multimedia elements such as videos, quizzes, and interactive modules to enhance learner engagement. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating existing courses to reflect the latest industry developments and feedback. Additionally, you will conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all content is functional, accessible, and compliant with relevant guidelines. Monitoring learner feedback and analytics to improve content effectiveness will also be part of your duties.
