The Role Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations. Collect, cleanse, transform, and consolidate data from multiple internal and external sources. Build scalable and efficient data models to support business reporting needs. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights. Perform data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Support ad hoc analysis and deliver data-driven recommendations to business teams. What You'll Need 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field. Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and data visualization best practices. Strong experience in data cleansing, transformation, and consolidation across multiple data sources. Advanced SQL skills with the ability to manipulate and manage complex datasets. Experience working with Snowflake data warehouse platforms. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
