About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Front End Engineer to join our remote team at Capital One Software. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our marketing website, ensuring it is fast, accessible, and easy to manage. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including content strategists, designers, and marketing professionals to translate business objectives into technical solutions. Your expertise in modern front-end technologies will be instrumental in optimizing site performance, driving SEO best practices, and enhancing user experience.
