The Role Design, develop, code, and test complex technical solutions within a dynamic, startup-minded team. Investigate and resolve complex application and system technical problems and production issues. Continuously improve operations through systems analysis and policy/procedure recommendations. Prepare and install complex solutions by determining system specifications, standards, and programming. Participate in design reviews and mentor junior and peer engineers. Ensure risks are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled. What You'll Need Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 4 years of software development experience with a deep technical understanding in specific disciplines/technologies. 2 years of experience delivering technology solutions across the full software development lifecycle. Basic understanding of Java, Go, APIs, and cloud technologies like OpenShift and AWS. Expertise in full-stack Java development, including batch processing and Groovy.
