Data Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Dive into data and transform complex datasets into meaningful insights to solve challenges. • Work closely with clients to understand their questions, conduct research, and develop metrics and strategies. • Respond to data calls, combine information from multiple sources, and develop detailed analytical reports. • Build dashboards and data visualizations to support enterprise-level decisions. • Automate repetitive tasks with scripts and produce standardized reporting. What You'll Need • 4+ years of experience working with data. • 2+ years of experience with data engineering in Databricks or Spark. • 2+ years of experience with Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and analysis. • 2+ years of experience performing research, recommending strategies, and supporting business intelligence. • Ability to be self-motivated and pay strict attention to detail. • A Secret clearance is required.
