About the Role : As DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for automating and streamlining software delivery processes. You’ll design and manage CI/CD pipelines, oversee cloud infrastructure, and implement infrastructure as code. What You Bring: Education: Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experi ence) Experie nce: 5+ years in enterprise technical systems administration and implementation with similar duties. Technical Strengths & Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Azure, CI/CD pipelines, scripting/programming, and cloud infrastructure. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Hands-on experience with Bicep, Terraform, ARM templates, and deployments via Octupus. Deploy, AutoRABIT ARM, Azure, DevOps, Git. Proven success in structured project delivery: sprint cycles, time-boxed work,and metrics-driven tracking. Skilled in cross-team coordination, ensuring dependencies are managed and milestones are consistently met. This position is open until filled. Candidates must reside in Missouri to be considered for this position. Preferred office location is Jefferson City, MO. All other Missouri FCS Financial Branch Locations will be considered. This position is classified as Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Hybrid work environment and flexible work schedule will be considered based off of the candidates' qualifications and needs. Department: Information Systems Reports To: Vice President, Technical Operations Supervises: None Percentage Job Functions 45% CI/CD Pipeline Designs, builds, and maintains automated systems for continuous integration and continuous delivery to test and deploy code efficiently Customizes solutions via configuration changes or custom development to meet requirements Develops and/or configure pipelines between internal, cloud-based, and third-party systems to share data between systems and automated processes Allocates and manages resources such as computing, storage, and networking to meet the needs of applications and services Documents new and existing systems and solutions Supports cloud-based initiatives by designing and implementing the necessary technology configuration Researches, develops, and maintains system scalability, reliability, and security within budget 30% Deployment and Configuration Deploys applications, manages configurations, and orchestrates containers Coordinates with other IS Department team members to maintain our system configurations for Cloud-based & internal production and non-production environments Troubleshoots problems across internal, cloud-based, and third-party systems to identify and resolve issues by implementing appropriate changes and/or configurations Makes support decisions regarding the scope of issues and possible solutions and determines the correct resolutions 20% Security Evaluates new platforms, tools, practices, and methodologies and recommend integration strategies to enhance our environment Researches and prototypes new solutions using cloud platforms and integration tools to determine suitability for our organization Stays up to date with emerging cloud technologies, platforms, and trends, continuously improving cloud operations and adapting to changing requirements Implements and enforces security policies, best practices, and compliance requirements to protect sensitive data and maintain cloud infrastructure integrity Monitors environments for security vulnerabilities and independently take action to remediate and/or mitigate risks 5% Incident Management and Troubleshooting Evaluates new platforms, tools, practices, and methodologies and recommends integration strategies to enhance our environment Researches and prototypes new solutions using cloud platforms and integration tools to determine suitability for our organization N/A Other Duties assigned
