Full Stack Engineer

Builder (AI-First Full-Stack Engineer) Accelerant is changing how software is built. We're moving from traditional engineering structures towards small, autonomous product squads where engineers own outcomes end-to-end. We're looking for Builders: strong full-stack engineers who use AI as a force multiplier to design, build and ship high-quality software faster. This is not about replacing engineering with AI. It's about combining strong technical fundamentals with modern AI workflows to solve complex problems and deliver meaningful customer impact. What You'll Do Build and ship customer-facing products, platforms and intelligent workflows. Own features from concept through production. Develop scalable APIs, services and modern web applications. Use AI throughout the development lifecycle to accelerate coding, testing, debugging and delivery. Improve reliability, performance, observability and developer experience. Collaborate closely with Product, Design and Engineering to solve real customer problems. What We're Looking For Strong full-stack engineering experience with modern web applications. Solid TypeScript/JavaScript skills across frontend and backend. Experience building cloud-native systems and scalable services. Strong engineering judgement and ownership mindset. Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and moving quickly. AI Experience Matters We're looking for engineers who actively use AI to improve how they build software. Strong signals include: Daily use of AI coding tools and workflows. Automating engineering tasks through AI. Using AI for planning, testing, debugging and delivery. Experience experimenting with AI agents, LLM workflows or automation. Technology stack includes: TypeScript, Node.js, Svelte, AWS, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Redis and SQL.
