Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a QA Engineer to join a fast-paced Agile development team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in test automation, API and UI testing, and CI/CD integration who enjoys building scalable testing solutions that improve software quality across enterprise applications. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust automated testing frameworks for enterprise applications. Design, develop, and execute automated test cases for APIs, web user interfaces, and backend services. Integrate automated testing into GitLab CI and CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and continuous delivery. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA team members throughout the Agile software development lifecycle. Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and performance testing. Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues. Continuously improve test automation coverage, reliability, and execution efficiency. Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other Agile ceremonies. Ensure software quality through best practices in test planning, execution, and automation. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience developing and maintaining automated test frameworks. Experience designing and implementing automated test cases for APIs, UI, and backend services. Experience integrating automated tests into GitLab CI and CI/CD pipelines. Experience working in Agile development environments. Experience with performance testing. Solid understanding of software testing principles, including: Unit Testing Integration Testing Regression Testing System Testing Preferred Qualifications Experience with AWS cloud services. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. ISTQB Certification (or equivalent) is a plus. Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications and modern DevOps practices.
