As a Salesforce Developer, you'll help develop and maintain robust Salesforce applications, collaborating with technical and business teams in a dynamic, fully remote environment. Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows. Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Customize standard Salesforce functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following Salesforce development best practices. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and deployment activities using Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues. Support data migrations, data quality initiatives, and platform enhancements. Maintain technical documentation for developed solutions. Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices. Must-Have Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience. 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience. Strong proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flow, Visualforce, and JavaScript. Experience working with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and middleware solutions. Understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy. Experience with Git version control and CI/CD tools. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Nice-to-Have Skills: Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (required or strongly preferred); Platform Developer II Certification (preferred). Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud. Proficiency with Salesforce DX and DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, marketing automation, or third-party business applications.
