Senior Python Developer Location: United States (Onsite / Hybrid based on client requirements) Employment Type: W2 · Full-time Only (No C2C) Work Authorization: H4 EAD, L2S, GC, USC Only (Must be able to share passport details for submission) Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Python. Architect and develop robust RESTful APIs, Microservices, and backend services . Lead technical design discussions and provide solutions for complex business requirements. Develop applications using Django, Flask, or FastAPI . Design and optimize database solutions and data access layers. Integrate applications with third-party APIs, cloud services, and enterprise systems. Perform code reviews, mentor development teams, and promote coding best practices. Troubleshoot complex production issues and improve application performance and reliability. Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support automated deployments. Collaborate with Architects, Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, and Product teams. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to technical documentation. Required Skills & Experience: 7+ years of experience in Python Software Development . Strong expertise in Python, Django, Flask, or FastAPI . Extensive experience developing REST APIs, Microservices, and distributed applications . Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server , or similar databases. Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments. Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines . Experience with automated testing using PyTest, unittest , or similar frameworks. Strong understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, SOLID principles, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum . Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ , or other messaging technologies. Strong debugging, performance optimization, architecture, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with AWS Lambda, Azure Functions , or serverless architectures. Knowledge of MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch , or other NoSQL technologies. Experience with React, Angular , or modern frontend technologies. Exposure to Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering , or AI/ML APIs. Experience designing cloud-native and highly scalable enterprise applications. Experience working with Banking, Healthcare, Retail, Insurance, or other enterprise domains.
