About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team at TechDoQuest. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. They should have between 10 to 15 years of experience in software development and DevOps practices, demonstrating a deep understanding of automation, cloud platforms, and infrastructure management. Collaborate with development teams to facilitate smooth integration of code changes and deployments, promoting best practices and continuous improvement. Develop and maintain scripts for automation of system configurations, deployments, and other operational tasks to reduce manual effort and minimize errors. Manage version control systems, primarily Git, and enforce best practices for code management and review processes. Monitor system performance, reliability, and security, implementing necessary adjustments to optimize operational efficiency. Participate in troubleshooting and resolving issues across development, testing, and production environments, ensuring minimal downtime and impact. Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes and tools to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness of the DevOps lifecycle. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. Implement and manage containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes to facilitate scalable and portable deployments. Leverage cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, utilizing infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation for automated provisioning.
