About The Role We are seeking an experienced Flutter Development Lead to join Photon's dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the development of mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms. You will oversee the entire app lifecycle, from conceptualization through deployment and maintenance, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions. As a leader, you will mentor junior developers, promote best practices, and drive innovation within the mobile development team. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess: - A minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile application development, with a strong emphasis on Flutter. - Proven track record in deploying iOS and Android apps, including publishing on App Store and Google Play. - Extensive proficiency in API integration, including RESTful APIs, OAuth, and third-party services. - Deep knowledge of clean architecture, state management frameworks such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc, and performance optimization techniques. - Experience implementing secure coding practices and ensuring mobile app security. - Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide development teams. - Exceptional UI/UX translation skills to convert designs into responsive, high-quality applications. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently within tight deadlines. - Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities, including performance tuning. - Passion for staying current with the latest trends and advancements in mobile app development and IoT technologies. - Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum, XP, Kanban, LeSS, or SAFe. Responsibilities As a Flutter Development Lead, your responsibilities will include: - Developing, deploying, and maintaining robust mobile applications using Flutter for both iOS and Android. - Ensuring seamless cross-platform performance, UI/UX consistency, and native responsiveness. - Leading the integration of complex RESTful APIs and third-party services into mobile apps. - Implementing secure API communication, including OAuth and other authentication protocols. - Architecting scalable, modular solutions utilizing clean architecture principles and effective state management. - Writing clean, reusable, and well-documented code, supported by automated testing and continuous integration practices. - Enforcing secure coding standards to protect sensitive data and prevent vulnerabilities. - Monitoring app performance and optimizing for speed, stability, and responsiveness across diverse devices. - Collaborating with UI/UX designers to ensure high fidelity in app design implementation. - Mentoring junior developers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. - Staying abreast of industry trends and integrating new tools and practices to enhance development processes.
