About The Role We are seeking an experienced Software Developer with a strong proficiency in React and a keen eye for visual design and user experience. In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing engaging and efficient user interfaces in collaboration with our Product Designers, API Developers, and other Frontend Developers. Your primary focus will be on creating data-heavy web applications that are both visually appealing and highly functional. You will participate in the entire feature development lifecycle, from initial concept and design discussions to deployment and ongoing improvements. Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development. Extensive experience in responsive web design using CSS/SCSS, with a strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and flexbox layout techniques. Proficiency in developing single-page applications with JavaScript frameworks such as React or similar technologies. Solid understanding of version control systems, particularly Git. Experience in scaling front-end engineering through component-driven development, creating reusable modules, and building efficient web applications. Excellent knowledge of data structures and algorithms. Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Willingness to work extra hours to meet project deadlines and deliverables. Experience with Node.js, Docker, and PostgreSQL is considered a plus. Responsibilities Design and implement complex, data-intensive web applications that deliver seamless user experiences. Create and enhance UI components for updates, new features, bug fixes, and new product launches. Evaluate existing platform design standards and recommend improvements to enhance usability and performance. Stay current with emerging trends in UI/UX design and web development to ensure our products remain innovative and competitive. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Designers, Backend Developers, and API Specialists to deliver cohesive solutions. Continuously explore and adopt new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency and product quality. Participate actively in the feature design process, providing technical insights and innovative ideas. Maintain high code quality through regular testing, code reviews, and documentation.
