Full Stack Engineer

We recently launched Arrows, a new product focused on modern relationship discovery, and have begun a full-scale modernization and rewrite of the Tawkify platform. Rather than maintaining legacy systems, you'll help shape the architecture, technical direction, and user experience of products used by thousands of clients and internal matchmaking professionals. What You'll Do Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications that power the future of Tawkify and Arrows Partner closely with Product, Design, Data, and Matchmaking teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the future of our platform Develop AI-powered features and workflows that improve customer experiences and internal operations Build high-quality, maintainable systems that prioritize performance, reliability, and scalability Improve engineering processes, development standards, and technical best practices Mentor other engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence What Makes This Role Different

• Profitable company with significant product investment and growth ambitions What We're Looking For 5+ years of professional software engineering experience Strong expertise in TypeScript and modern web application development 3+ years building and shipping full-stack applications in production environments Experience designing scalable APIs and distributed systems Experience building AI-powered applications, workflows, or integrations using modern LLM technologies Strong understanding of software architecture, testing, and maintainability Ability to balance speed, quality, and pragmatic decision-making Excellent communication and collaboration skills Qualifications 5+ years of experience in TypeScript 3+ years of experience as a full stack developer 1+ year of experience building with AI Required Skills Proficiency in TypeScript Experience with NextJS, React, TailwindCSS, tRPC Experience with NestJS, Prisma, Postgres Familiarity with AWS and GCP Preferred Skills Experience in building scalable applications Knowledge of software development best practices Engineering Culture We believe great engineering teams:
