Job Title: MERN Stack Developer (MongoDB / ExpressJS / ReactJS / NodeJS) Employment Type: W2 / Full-Time Location: United States (Onsite / Hybrid / Remote – Based on Client Requirement) Visa: Open to all work-authorized candidates except H1B Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using the MERN stack. Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using NodeJS and ExpressJS. Design, develop, and optimize MongoDB databases, collections, indexes, and queries. Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, and role-based access controls. Integrate third-party APIs, cloud services, and external systems. Develop reusable components and maintain clean, modular, and scalable code. Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability. Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and deployment activities. Collaborate with Product Owners, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver business requirements. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
