Position Overview Summit Global Investments (SGI) is seeking an experienced Mobile App Developer (React Native) to own the mobile experience as part of a small, tight-knit engineering team. You'll be the go-to person for our iOS and Android apps — building features, shipping releases, and shaping the mobile product alongside our web engineers. While Bountiful, UT is preferred, we are open to remote candidates for the right individual. What You'll Do Build and maintain our cross-platform mobile application using React Native Collaborate with backend engineers on API design and integration Optimize for performance, battery, and a clean native feel on both platforms Own the mobile release process: build pipelines, code signing, app store submissions Contribute Ship to both the App Store and Google Play, end-to-end — from feature spec through release to product decisions and help shape the roadmap for mobile What We're Looking For 3–5 years of professional mobile development experience Strong hands-on experience with React Native and the broader React ecosystem Solid JavaScript / TypeScript fundamentals Experience shipping production apps to both the App Store and Google Play Familiarity with native modules and bridging when React Native alone isn't enough Comfort working with REST and/or GraphQL APIs Comfort in an agile development environment Strong communication skills — you can work directly with product and design Nice to Have Background in finance, fintech, banking, or financial services Knowledge of systems like Envestnet Tamarac, Wealthbox, Emoney Native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) experience for the times React Native needs an escape hatch Experience with Expo, EAS Build, Fastlane, or similar mobile tooling Familiarity with push notifications, deep linking, in-app purchases, or biometric auth Experience working closely with designers on polished, native-feeling UI Why This Role You own mobile — high visibility, real impact Small team, modern stack, no legacy baggage Direct line to product and leadership decisions Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary: $110,000 – $150,000 Performance-based bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) and paid time off Opportunity for long-term growth and leadership Why Join SGI?
