About the Role We are looking for an Entry-Level Python Programmer to join our remote team of experts, professionals, and students who contribute to improving AI responses and fine-tuning models. Responsibilities Evaluating AI-generated code: Review Python code produced by AI models for correctness, efficiency, readability, and adherence to best practices. Identify logical errors, edge cases, and potential improvements. Crafting and refining prompts: Design clear, specific prompts that elicit accurate and helpful responses from AI models. Test variations to understand model behavior and optimize outputs. Writing reference answers: Create model answers for coding problems, algorithm challenges, and real-world programming tasks. Ensure these answers are accurate, well-documented, and follow industry standards. Annotating and labeling data: Label datasets with metadata such as code classification, intent, sentiment, or quality scores. This helps train models to understand context and produce more relevant responses. Auditing and ranking outputs: Compare multiple AI responses, rank them by quality, and provide detailed feedback to improve model training loops. Testing edge cases: Develop test cases that challenge model reasoning, including tricky inputs, malformed code, or ambiguous instructions. Document how the model performs and suggest improvements. Qualifications 0-2 years of experience in Python programming (including academic projects) Strong understanding of Python fundamentals: data types, control flow, functions, and OOP concepts Familiarity with common libraries such as NumPy, pandas, or Flask is a plus Excellent written communication skills to explain code and reasoning Attention to detail and ability to identify subtle errors or biases in content Basic knowledge of algorithms and data structures Reliable internet connection and a computer capable of running Python Ability to work independently and manage time effectively A growth mindset and eagerness to learn about AI and machine learning Required Skills Foundational knowledge of Python Comfortable writing clear, concise code Ability to explain reasoning in written form Preferred Skills Familiarity with AI concepts Experience with data science workflows Pay range and compensation package Competitive pay based on task complexity and performance.
