About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall service levels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and quality assurance to ensure seamless operations. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of three years of experience in supply chain analysis or a similar role within a manufacturing or automotive environment is preferred. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SAP, or other ERP systems is required. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across departments are essential. Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in supply chain management will be advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and develop strategies for process improvement. Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to coordinate supply chain activities and ensure timely delivery of materials and products. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to track progress and identify areas for enhancement. Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines. Support inventory management efforts by analyzing stock levels and forecasting future needs. Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing supply chain operations and reducing costs. Maintain accurate records of supply chain activities and ensure data integrity within ERP systems. Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes that could impact supply chain operations.
