The Glam Lab is looking for a highly skilled, experienced Lash Technician to join our team in Richmond, BC. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for an established technician who is confident in their craft, works efficiently, and can deliver consistently beautiful results. Requirements: Minimum 2+ years professional lash experience Advanced skills in Classic, Hybrid, Volume & Wispy sets *Strong styling skills and ability to customize sets to each client * Excellent retention, isolation and lash health practices Efficient timing without compromising quality Fluent English and excellent communication skills Confident conducting consultations and recommending services, memberships, packages & retail products Strong sales ability and client retention skills Professional, polished, reliable and personable Comfortable working in a high-standard, client-focused environment What we offer: *hourly *or commission-based compensation based on experienc, Established luxury salon with an existing client base Marketing and booking support Professional products and workspace provided Opportunity to build a full clientele Growth opportunities within The Glam Lab We?re looking for someone who can bring both technical skill and strong client experience/sales ability to the team.
